摘要
随着充电汽车的迅速普及和各类直流小家电的广泛应用,全球迎来了直流用电的新时代。针对直流用电计量,目前主要依赖于交流计量芯片进行,但通常会导致计量范围受限、测量误差偏大等问题。提出了一种直流计量芯片设计的思路,通过采用高速切换开关进行多通道不同增益系数的模数转换器测量,有效扩大了量程并改进了计量算法,并对高对称性芯片布图进行了设计。经验证,按照该方法设计的直流计量芯片具备超宽量程、高精度等特点,以期对直流计量具有一定的参考价值,为相关领域的研究与应用提供了新的思路。
With the rapid popularity of charging cars and the widespread application of various DC small household appliances,the world has ushered in a new era of DC electricity consumption.For DC electricity measurement,it cur-rently mainly relies on AC metering chips,but it often leads to limited measurement range and large measurement errors.A design approach for DC metering chips is proposed in this paper,which effectively expands the range and improves the metering algorithm by using high-speed switching switches to measure multi-channel analog-to-digital converters with different gain coefficients.The high symmetry chip layout is also designed.After verification,the DC metering chip designed according to this method has the characteristics of ultra wide range and high accuracy,which is expected to have certain reference value for DC metering and provide new ideas for research and application in related fields.
