摘要
为了全面摸清贵州全省建设用地利用情况,挖掘建设用地存量资源,助力盘活存量土地,本文充分发挥了群专结合、政府统筹的思想,基于信息化先进技术研发了贵州省建设用地利用情况起底大调查系统,高精度、多维度、广范围地完成建设用地调查任务,实现跨层级、跨系统的全省建设用地全生命周期监测监管的数字化、智能化、网联化,进一步推动了传统土地调查方式走向信息化支撑的精准便捷服务,为测绘地理信息技术主动支撑土地要素保障提供了可复制、可推广的“贵州经验”。
In order to comprehensively understand the utilization of construction land in Guizhou province,tap into the existing re-sources of construction land,and assist in revitalizing the existing land resources,this paper gives full play to utilize the idea of combi-ning group expertise and government coordination,and develops a large-scale survey system for the utilization of construction land in Guizhou province to complete the survey task of construction land with high accuracy,multi-dimension and wide range based on ad-vanced information technology.The digitization,intelligentization and networking of the whole life cycle monitoring and supervision of the province's construction land across levels and systems have been realized,which further promotes the traditional land survey meth-od to the accurate and convenient service supported by information technology,and provides a replicable and promoteable"Guizhou experience"for the mapping and geographic information technology to actively support the land element guarantee.
