Construction of Intelligent Cloud Platform for Land Resource Monitoring Based on Open Source GIS

为实现土地资源监测管理工作的科学化、信息化和精细化,引入“天-空-地”一体化监测技术体系,选择开源GIS平台构建WebGIS体系结构,同时利用云计算、移动互联网等先进技术,构建了土地资源监测综合管理数据库,搭建了土地资源监测智慧云平台,实现了土地资源监测Web端管理和移动端调查监测等功能,有效提高了土地资源监测能力和管理水平。

In order to realize the scientific,informatization and refinement management of land resources monitoring,this paper intro-duces"space-air-ground"integrated monitoring technology system,selects open source GIS plaform to build WebGIS architecture,at the same time uses of cloud computing,mobile internet and other advanced technologies,constructs the comprehensive management database of land resource monitoring,establishes the land resource monitoring intelligent cloud platform.It has realized the functions of Web management and mobile investigation and monitoring of land resources monitoring,effectively improving the monitoring ability and management level of land resources.
