基于FLUENT的丝束甬道内温度压力流动耦合场分析

摘要 针对醋酸纤维丝束制备工艺中,纺丝甬道内流场温度分布不均,风压不稳定容易导致纤维丝束表面产生飞花这一现象。采用FLUENT数值仿真分析的方法对甬道内温度、压力、流动进行耦合分析,工况包括2路不同温度热气流进风,1路回收冷出风、浆液出入口,仿真及优化结果表明:当热蒸汽入口温度为88℃,速度为3 m/s;冷空气入口温度为50℃,速度为2.7 m/s时,甬道内部气流稳定性、均匀性效果较好,能有效提升丝束表面质量,减少飞花。 The phenomenon of uneven temperature distribution in the flow field and unstable wind pressure in the spinning tunnel can easily lead to the phenomenon of splashing on the surface of the fiber tow in the preparation process of acetate fiber tow.Using FLUENT numerical simulation analysis of the method of coupled analysis of temperature,pressure,flow within the channel,the working conditions include 2 different temperatures of hot air flow inlet,1 recovery of cold outflow,slurry inlet and outlet,simulation and optimization results show that:when the hot steam inlet temperature of 88℃,the speed of 3 m/s;cold air inlet temperature of 50℃,the speed of 2.7 m/s,the stability of air flow within the channel,uniformity effect is better,which can effectively improve the surface quality of the silk bundle and reduce the flying flower.
