摘要
近年来,随着氢能利用技术发展成熟,氢能在世界范围内备受关注,并已经纳入我国能源战略,成为我国优化能源消费结构和保障国家能源供应安全的战略选择。然而氢气无色无味且易燃易爆,在使用时必须对其浓度进行监测。采用催化燃烧式原理检测氢气,对传感器制造工艺进行研究,研制的氢气传感器响应速度快、测量精度高、重复性好、工作稳定可靠、抗中毒和抗干扰性能好,不仅扩展了我国自主研发传感器产业的规模,更增加了产品种类。
In recent years,with the development of Hydrogen Energy Utilization Technology,hydrogen energy has been paid more and more attention all over the world.Hydrogen Energy has been incorporated into China’s energy strategy,which has become a strategic choice to optimize China’s energy consumption structure and ensure the security of national energy supply.However,hydrogen is colorless,odorless,flammable and explosive,and its concentration must be monitored when used.In this paper,the catalytic combustion principle is used to detect hydrogen,and the manufacturing process of the sensor is studied,the developed hydrogen sensor has fast response speed,high measuring accuracy,good repeatability,stable and reliable operation,good anti-poisoning and anti-interference performance,some or even all of the replacement of imported products,while expanding the scale of our sensor industry and product categories.
