一种曳引驱动电梯检修盒辅助按压装置的设计

摘要 针对部分曳引驱动电梯特别是部分老旧电梯因设计缺陷或老化原因造成电梯检修盒按钮较难按压及手指疼痛的问题,提出一种检修盒辅助按压装置的设计。该装置可通过手握按压方式取代手指按压,其原理为增加按压接触面积从而降低单位面积受力大小。通过采用Creo Parametric进行建模并采用Creo Simulate对关键受力部件进行仿真,获得了较佳设计方案;并结合样机试用结果,该方案设计简单轻巧,符合人机工程学,易加工、成本低且效果显著。 A design of an auxiliary pressing device for the maintenance box is proposed to address the problem of difficult pressing of elevator maintenance box buttons and finger pain caused by design defects or aging in some traction driven elevators,especially in some old elevators.This device can replace finger pressing by gripping and pressing,and its principle is to increase the contact area of pressing to reduce the force per unit area.By using Creo Parametric for modeling and Creo Simulate for simulation of key stress components,a better design solution was obtained;Combined with the trial results of the prototype,the design of this scheme is simple and lightweight,in line with ergonomics,easy to process,low in cost,and significantly effective.
