气态离子汞生成方法及装置研究

摘要 在火电燃煤等烟气总汞监测中,由于检测系统的标定、校准以及汞形态转换装置的转换效率、寿命等指标的判定,结合离子汞标气的特性,需要在监测现场生成离子汞标气。研究了蒸发液态氯化汞的方法,设计了一套离子汞标气发生装置,该装置集成于烟气总汞浓度监测系统内部,集成度高,成本低廉,且能与系统联动,实现自动标定与校准,实验表明,其与HovaCAL配气仪相比,由于缺少了外部连接管道,减少了氯化汞的损耗,生成的气体精度更高,能完全替代外置的配气仪。 In the monitoring of total mercury in flue gas such as coal-fired power plants,due to the calibration and calibration of the detection system,as well as the determination of the conversion efficiency and lifespan of the mercury form conversion device,combined with the characteristics of ion mercury standard gas,it is necessary to generate ion mercury standard gas on the monitoring site.This article studies the method of evaporating liquid mercury chloride and designs a set of ion mercury standard gas generation device.The device is integrated into the monitoring system for total mercury concentration in flue gas,with high integration,low cost,and can be linked with the system to achieve automatic calibration and calibration.The experiment shows that compared with the HovaCAL gas distribution instrument,due to the lack of external connection pipelines,the loss of mercury chloride is reduced,and the generated gas accuracy is higher,Can completely replace external gas distribution instruments.
