摘要
目的:探讨血脂康胶囊中洛伐他汀不同处理方法对其生物利用度的影响。方法:将血脂康胶囊中的洛伐他汀分别与无机盐、薄荷脑、甘油酯、卵磷脂复配,采用离体肠道穿透实验,研究各处理方法对洛伐他汀生物利用度的影响。结果:洛伐他汀与薄荷脑复配后的平均生物利用度最高;不同处理方法基本不产生基质效应,提取回收率均>90%,其中薄荷脑复配的回收率最高。相同处理方法下,不同温度洛伐他汀浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血脂康胶囊中的洛伐他汀分别与无机盐、薄荷脑、甘油酯、卵磷脂复配效果较好,可以提高药物成分的生物利用度,其中将洛伐他汀与薄荷脑复配的生物利用度最高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different treatments of lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsule on its bioavailability.Methods:Lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsule was compounded with inorganic salt,menthol,glycerol ester and lecithin,and the effect of each treatment on the bioavailability of lovastatin was investigated by using isolated intestinal penetration assay.Results:The average bioavailability of lovastatin compounded with menthol was the highest;the different treatments basically did not produce matrix effect,and the extraction recoveries were all>90%,among which the menthol compound had the highest recovery;comparison of lovastatin concentration at different temperatures under the same treatment method,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsule was better compounded with inorganic salt,menthol,glycerol ester and lecithin respectively,which could improve the bioavailability of the drug components,among which compounding lovastatin with menthol had the highest bioavailability.
