纳布啡与舒芬太尼复合麻醉在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果观察

Effect of Combined Anesthesia with Nalbuphine and Sufentanil on Colonoscopy in Elderly Patients

目的:观察纳布啡与舒芬太尼复合麻醉在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于梅州市蕉岭县人民医院接受结肠镜检查的老年患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各42例。对照组给予舒芬太尼麻醉,研究组给予纳布啡与舒芬太尼复合麻醉。比较两组检查时间、疼痛程度、镇静状况、治疗依从性、不良反应、麻醉效果。结果:两组检查时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉15min、30min、60min后,研究组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,Ramsay评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:纳布啡与舒芬太尼复合麻醉在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果显著,患者疼痛及镇静程度轻,治疗依从性高,且未延长检查时间,未增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of combined anesthesia with nalbuphine and sufentanil in colonoscopy of elderly patients.Methods:A total of eighty-four elderly patients who received colonoscopy in Meizhou Jiaoling County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty-two cases in each group.The control group was given sufentanil anesthesia,and the study group was given nalbuphine and sufentanil combined anesthesia.The examination time,pain degree,sedation status,treatment compliance,adverse reactions and anesthetic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in examination time between the two groups(P>0.05);after 15 min,30 min and 60 min anesthesia,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Ramsay score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);the rate of excellent anesthesia in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application of nalbuphine and sufentanil combined anesthesia in the colonoscopy of elderly patients is significant,the degree of pain and sedation is light,the treatment compliance is high,and the examination time is not extended,and no adverse reactions are increased.
