胃苏颗粒联合常规西药治疗十二指肠溃疡伴慢性胃炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Weisu Granules Combined with Conventional Western Drugs in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer with Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察胃苏颗粒联合常规西药治疗十二指肠溃疡伴慢性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月北京中医药大学房山医院收治的十二指肠溃疡伴慢性胃炎患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胃苏颗粒辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果、胃黏膜功能、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。治疗前,两组胃泌素(GAS)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GAS、PGⅡ水平降低,PGⅠ水平升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-32、PCT水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合常规西药治疗十二指肠溃疡伴慢性胃炎的效果显著,可改善患者胃黏膜功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of Weisu granules combined with conventional Western medicines in the treatment of duodenal ulcer with chronic gastritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with duodenal ulcer with chronic gastritis admitted to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with sixty cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect,gastric mucosa function and inflammatory factor level of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).Before treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of GAS and PGⅡdecreased and the level of PGⅠincreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-32(IL-32)and procalcitonin(PCT)were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-32 and PCT decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weisu granules combined with conventional Western medicines are effective in the treatment of duodenal ulcer with chronic gastritis,which can improve the function of gastric mucosa and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
