六合加萸汤联合西医常规方案治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Liuhe Jiayu Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine Regimen in the Treatment of Liver-stomach Depression-heat Type Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察六合加萸汤联合西医常规方案治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年1月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院脾胃专科门诊接诊的肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组接受西医常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合六合加萸汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组胸骨痛、反酸、反食评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:六合加萸汤联合西医常规方案治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎的临床效果较好,可改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liuhe Jiayu decoction combined with conventional Western medicine regimen in the treatment of liver-stomach depression-heat type reflux esophagitis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with liver-stomach depression-heat type reflux esophagitis who were seen in the outpatient clinic of spleen and stomach specialty of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with sixty cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine program,and the observation group was treated with Liuhe Jiayu decoction on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups of Chinese medicine evidence points,therapeutic effect,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the scores of sternal pain,acid reflux and regurgitation decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Liuhe Jiayu decoction combined with conventional Western medicine program for the treatment of liver-stomach depression-heat type reflux esophagitis is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
