优质护理在气管插管麻醉复苏期的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Quality Nursing Care in the Resuscitation Period of Tracheal Intubation Anesthesia

目的:观察优质护理在气管插管麻醉复苏期的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月于滨州医学院附属医院接受气管插管全身麻醉的患者102例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组在麻醉复苏期接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受优质护理。比较两组呼吸道并发症、躁动发生率、苏醒相关指标以及舒适度。结果:观察组呼吸道并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008);观察组躁动发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);观察组自主呼吸恢复、睁眼、拔管时间早于对照组,复苏室停留时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);离开麻醉复苏室时,两组生理、心理、精神、社会文化及环境评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在气管插管麻醉复苏期的应用效果较好,能降低呼吸道并发症及躁动发生风险,缩短苏醒时间,提高舒适度。

Objective:To observe the application effect of quality nursing in the resuscitation period of tracheal intubation anesthesia.Methods:One hundred and two patients who received tracheal intubation general anesthesia in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with fifty-one cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group received routine care during anesthesia resuscitation,and the observation group received quality nursing care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of respiratory complications,incidence of agitation,awakening-related indexes and comfort.Results:The total incidence of respiratory complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008);the incidence of agitation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);the time for recovery of spontaneous respiration,opening of the eyes,and removal of the tube in the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the time of stay in the resuscitation room was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);when leaving the anesthesia resuscitation room,the physiological,psychological,spiritual,socio-cultural and environmental scores of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing in the resuscitation period of tracheal intubation anesthesia is more effective,which can reduce the risk of respiratory complications and agitation,shorten the time of awakening,and improve the comfort level.
