荷兰农业科技人才培养路径与特征

Paths and Characteristics of Agricultural Science and Technology Talent Cultivation in the Netherlands

摘要 农业科技人才是推动农业现代化发展的重要力量。荷兰农业科技人才培养不仅强化现代农业发展人才支撑,也助力突破农业现代化瓶颈。荷兰通过加强农业科技人才政策支持,优化高校农业科技人才培养体系,建立农业科技人才协同育人机制,赋能农业科技人才数字能力提升,完善农业科技人才国际交流机制等路径,推动农业科技人才的高质量培养。在此过程中,呈现出多元共促、数智赋能、交叉融合三大特征。借鉴荷兰经验,我国农业科技人才培养可持续优化顶层设计,推进构建校企育人共同体,不断以学科交叉融合带动教学改革,加强农业科技人才的国际合作与交流,为我国农业现代化建设培育新动能。 Agricultural science and technology talents are crucial for the development of agricultural modernization.The cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents in the Netherlands not only strengthens the supporting role of talents for modern agriculture development,but also helps the Netherlands break through the bottleneck of sustainable agricultural development.The Netherlands has promoted the efficient and high-quality cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents by strengthening policy support for them,optimizing the agricultural science and technology talent training system in universities,establishing a collaborative education mechanism for them,enabling the improvement of their digital capabilities,and improving the international exchange mechanism for agricultural science and technology talents.During this process,three characteristics are showed as follows:diversified promotion,digital empowerment,and cross-integration.From the experience of Netherlands,we could continue optimizing the top-level design in the future,promote the construction of a school-enterprise education community,continuously drive teaching reforms in terms of cross-disciplinary integration,and strengthen international cooperation and exchange of agricultural science and technology talents,from which cultivate new impetus for agricultural modernization.
