摘要
无人机被视为电力巡检的最佳选择,但由于电池能量密度技术尚未革新,严重限制了其正常工作能力,而采用无线电能传输技术可显著提高其续航能力、增加巡检范围。通过对比研究无人机充电技术,以高效稳定为目标优化耦合机构,并基于涡旋感应原理提出一种交叉型磁场耦合机构线圈结构的无人机充电方案。重点对无人机自主充电程序方案进行了说明。最后,通过小型化实验平台验证其可行性,满足实际需求。
Drones are regarded as the best choice for electric inspection.However,due to the inadequate battery energy density,drones′normal working ability is largely limited.By adopting radio energy transmission technology,endurance and inspection range of drones can be significantly improved.In this paper,the drone charging technologies are comparatively studied,and the coupling mechanism is optimized and improved aiming at high efficiency and stability.Based on the vortex induction principle,a drone charging scheme with the coil structure of the cross-type magnetic field coupling mechanism is proposed.The autonomous charging program is described in detail.Finally,the miniaturized experimental platform is used to verify feasibility and practicability of the proposed drone charging scheme.
