压裂泵液力端阀箱减重及延长寿命可行性研究

摘要 压裂泵液力端阀箱作为油气田开采压裂施工设备中的一种高值易损件,目前普遍使用整个大型锻造成型的锻坯机加工而成,在制造生产过程中存在大量的材料浪费问题。针对液力端阀箱的失效特性进行了分析,确认了在保证结构强度的情况下,可有效减小易疲劳开裂位置的应力集中程度,同时实现阀箱锻坯材料的减重,甚至延长液力端阀箱的疲劳寿命。通过有限元分析方法对阀箱减重及延长寿命的可行性进行分析,提出了一种组合式模块化设计的压裂泵液力端结构,提供该种组合型模块化液力端样机在现场试验的相关情况,最后提出了组合型模块化液力端设计中需要注意的事项。研究结果对压裂泵液力端阀箱减重及延长寿命既具有理论指导意义,又具有现实意义和经济价值。 As a high value consumable part,the fracturing pump fluid end of the fracturing pump is widely used in China to process the entire large-scale forged billet.There is a lot of material waste in the manufacturing process.According to the structural characteristics of the fracturing pump fluid end,the failure characteristics of the fracturing pump fluid end were analyzed.It is confirmed that as long as the structural strength is guaranteed,the weight of the valve box forging material can be reduced as long as the stress concentration degree at the easy cracking position is effectively reduced,and even the fatigue life of the fracturing pump fluid end can be extended.According to the analysis,a combined modular fracturing pump fluid end structure was proposed,and the issues to be considered in the design of the combined modular fracturing pump fluid end were put forward.The relevant situation of the combined modular fracturing pump fluid end prototype in the field test is presented.This study not only has theoretical guidance significance,but also practical significance and economic value for the weight reduction and service life extension of fracturing pump fluid ends.
