摘要
以提升高校实验课程思政教学水平与育人能力为目标,结合5S现场管理理念,提出高校实验课程思政教学实施方案。阐述了实验现场环境5S管理理念素养训练的可行性,给出实验授课氛围5Y管理素养训练的具体要求,两者结合建立5S5Y管理素养训练理念模型。为了使模型能够长期有效实施,提出将5S与5Y的具体内容、要求置入设计相应管理系统开发思路。结合实际实验课程教学过程,对系统相关具体功能模块进行了设计。该系统能够实现在对高校实验教学过程精细化管理的同时,承载了素养训练的思想,为实验课程思政教学开展提供理念与规范化管理方法借鉴。
With the aim of improving the ideological and political teaching level and educating ability of college experimental teaching,combined with the 5S management concept,the implementation plan of ideological and political teaching of college experimental teaching is put forward through literacy training in teaching process management.The feasibility of 5S management theory in experimental environment for literacy training is expounded.The specific requirements of 5Y management theory of experimental teaching atmosphere for literacy training are given.The theoretical model of 5S and 5Y management literacy training is established by combining the two theories.In order to make the model can be implemented effectively for a long time,the development idea of corresponding management system is proposed by incorporating the specific contents and requirements of 5S and 5Y.Combined with the teaching process of the actual experiment course,the system related specific functional modules are designed.The system can realize the fine management of the experimental teaching process,and at the same time,it carries the idea of literacy training,and provides theoretical and standardized management methods for the ideological and political teaching of experimental courses.
