基于整体观探讨国医大师周仲瑛运用升降散经验

Discussion on Experience of National TCM Master Zhou Zhongying in the Application of Shengjiang Powder Based on the Holistic View

总结国医大师周仲瑛教授运用升降散的临证经验。在气一元论的整体观指导下,认为升降散的组方体现整体观之义,配伍深谙整体观之旨。并将此方的配伍特点归纳为升降相因以调中焦郁结,辛开苦降以通三焦郁闭,表里双解以消内外郁滞。临床实践中对于呼吸系统类疾病、皮肤病等病机属“郁”者,不论“气郁”“火郁”“痰郁”,皆可灵活运用升降散辨证论治,随证加减。

This article summarized the clinical experience of national TCM master Zhou Zhongying in clinical application of Shengjiang Powder.Under the guidance of qi monism,it is believed that the prescribing of Shengjiang Powder embodies the meaning of the holistic view,and its compatibility well understands the purpose of the holistic view.The compatibility characteristics were concluded as the ascending and descending factors are used to regulate the stagnation of the middle energizer,the opening and closing of the three energizers are achieved through the opening and closing of the bitterness,and the external and internal dual solutions are used to eliminate internal and external stagnation.In clinical practice,for respiratory diseases,skin diseases and other pathogens are“depression”,regardless of“qi depression”,“fire depression”and“phlegm depression”,Shengjiang Powder can be used flexibly for syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is modified with clinical symptoms.
