隔舱式双脉冲发动机金属膜片破裂实验及数值仿真研究

摘要 针对金属隔舱式双脉冲发动机Ⅱ脉冲工作时隔舱装置金属膜片受压打开的工作特点,采用冷气冲击实验装置模拟双脉冲发动机受高压燃气冲击破膜打开的过程,建立了冷气冲击实验数值仿真模拟方法,获得了双脉冲发动机隔舱装置Ⅱ脉冲工作过程膜片的打开特性。数值仿真与冷气冲击实验中金属膜片破开时间以及破开前膜片中心结点轴向位移误差均较小,验证了2A12铝合金力学模型的准确性以及数值仿真方法的可靠性,为隔舱装置工作性能仿真分析提供了重要依据。 According to the working characteristics of metal diaphragm of metal compartment double pulse solid rocket motorⅡduring pulse operation,the cold air impact experiment device was used to simulate the process of film breaking and opening under high pressure gas impact in double-pulse solid rocket motor,and the numerical simulation method of cold air impact experiment was established.The opening characteristics of the diaphragm during pulse operation of the double-pulse solid rocket motor bulkheadⅡare obtained.Both the breaking time of the metal diaphragm and the axial displacement error of the center node of the diaphragm before the breaking are small in the numerical simulation and the cold air impact experiment,which verifies the accuracy of the mechanical model of 2A12 aluminum alloy and the reliability of the numerical simulation method,and lays a foundation for the simulation analysis of the working performance of the partition device.
