摘要
针对多级气体发生器弹射系统,建立仿真模型预测驱动弹药发射的运动过程和容器内压强的变化趋势,完成模型验证。利用上述模型推广至多级气体发生器数量、启动时序对弹药速度、过载的影响研究,提出弹射系统参数优化方案。优化后的气体发生器数量和点火时序方案可以满足设计指标要求。
Based on the multi-gas generator ejection system,a simulation model is built to predict the launch process of the munition and the trend of the pressure inside the rank and the model is validated by using experiments.The above model is applied to extend to the study of the influence of gas generator quantity and multi-variable time series on the munition velocity and overload,and the optimization scheme for parameters of the ejection system is proposed.The optimized gas generator quantity and multi-variable time series can meet the design requirements.
