摘要
目的:分析孕早期孕妇糖化血红蛋白、D-二聚体与超敏c反应蛋白联合在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的应用效果,方法:研究以2022年4月3日为开始时间,以2023年4月6日为结束时间,选择该时间段前来本院的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为观察组,同时选一时期来本院体检的健康人员100例健康孕妇为对照组,对本次研究人员均进行对本次研究人员均进行糖化血红蛋白、D-二聚体与超敏c反应蛋白检测,分析其检测结果以及糖化血红蛋白随机检验诊断效能。结果:对照组孕妇的糖化血红蛋白、D-二聚体、超敏c反应蛋白均明显低于观察组,P<0.05;糖化血红蛋白、D-二聚体、超敏c反应蛋白单一检出率均低于联合检测,P<0.05;糖化血红蛋白、D-二聚体、超敏c反应蛋白联合检测下敏感度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值均高于单一每项检测,差异存在统计学意义。结论:糖化血红蛋白随机检验在妊娠糖尿病的筛查、诊断中具有一定的应用价值,可以提供孕妇长期血糖控制情况,具有简单、便捷、准确性高等特点,可为临床干预提供科学数据支持。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of HbA1c,D dimer and hypersensitive hypersensitive c-reactive protein in early pregnancy in gestational diabetes screening,Methods:The study will start on April 3,2022,Closing time on April 6,2023,The 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who came to our hospital were selected as the observation group,At the same time,100 healthy pregnant women who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group,The researchers were tested for hemoglobinA1c,D dimer and hypersensitive C-reactive protein,The test results and diagnostic efficacy of glycosylated hemoglobin were analyzed.Results:In the control group,hemoglobin,D dimer and hypersensitive c-reactive protein were significantly lower than those of the observation group,P<0.05;the single detection rate of glycosylated hemoglobin,D dimer and hypersensitive c-reactive protein was lower than the combined test,P<0.05;the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and c-reactive protein were all higher than those of each test,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:The randomized test of hemoglobin 1 c has certain application value in the screening and diagnosis of gestational diabetes,and can provide long-term blood glucose control of pregnant women.It has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience and high accuracy,and can provide scientific data support for clinical intervention.
