基于Warburg效应探讨非编码RNA在妇科肿瘤发生发展中的机制研究进展

Research progress on non-coding RNA in the occurrence and development of gynecological tumors based on Warburg effect

Warburg效应是肿瘤细胞代谢的显著特征。近年来,与Warburg效应相关的众多分子陆续被发现,其中各种非编码RNA(包括lncRNAs、miRNAs和circRNA等),已经被证明通过调控Warburg效应在妇科肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。该文基于Warburg效应综述了非编码RNA在妇科肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制及其研究进展,总结了非编码RNA在妇科肿瘤中对Warburg效应的直接和间接调控机制,旨在为妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、靶向治疗和预后评估提供借鉴,为妇科肿瘤的临床诊治及基础研究提供新思路。

The Warburg effect is a prominent feature of tumor cell metabolism.In recent years,many molecules related to the Warburg effect have been discovered.Among them,various non-coding RNAs(including lncRNAs,miRNAs and circRNAs)have been shown to play an important role in the development of gynecological tumors by regulating the Warburg effect.Based on the Warburg effect,this paper reviews the mechanism and research progress of non-coding RNA in the occurrence and development of gynecological tumors,and summarizes the direct and indirect regulation mechanism of non-coding RNA on the Warburg effect in gynecological tumors,aiming to provide reference for early diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation of gynecological malignant tumors,and provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and basic research of gynecological tumors.
