基于Citespace和VOSviewer对可穿戴设备应用于心房颤动领域的可视化分析

摘要 目的探讨可穿戴设备应用于心房颤动(房颤)领域的研究热点及趋势。方法将Web of Science核心合集数据库视为数据来源,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件上对国家、机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果截止至2023年2月1日,共纳入文献267篇。Mcmanus,David D教授是发文量最多的作者,美国(106篇)和中国(45篇)是主要的研究国家,美国斯坦福大学是该领域发文量最多的机构,Circulation(循环)是重要的共被引期刊。通过对关键词进行可视化分析,体现可穿戴设备应用于房颤领域的研究热点有“对房颤的生物医学监测及管理”和“利用可穿戴设备对房颤进行大规模筛查”。研究重点从“房颤死亡率的研究”和“心脏再同步治疗”逐渐转向“健康管理与监测”。结论本研究通过分析可穿戴设备应用于房颤的研究现状和热点,说明可穿戴设备的应用已成为当前的趋势,在房颤“预防、发展、转复、康复”的管理发挥全程干预作用。需要对可穿戴设备进行更加深入的分析,以促进其对房颤患者的监测和管理,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the hotspots and trends inwearable devices applied to atrial fibrillation.Methods The Web of Science core collection database is used as data of source.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used for visualization analysis from countries,institutions,keywords,and other aspects.Results As of February 1,2023,267 relevant research papers have been brought into the field.Professor Mcmanus,David D is the authorwith the highest volume of posts;The United States(106 articles)and China(45 articles)are the major research countries;Stanford University is the most published institution in the field;Circulation is an important co-cited journalin the field of wearable devices applied to atrial fibrillation.Through the visual analysis of keywords,the research hotspots in the field include"biomedical monitoring and management of atrial fibrillation"and"large-scale screening of atrial fibrillation using wearable devices".The focus has gradually shifted from"atrial fibrillation mortality research"and"cardiac resynchronization therapy"to"health management and monitoring".Conclusion This study used CiteSpace and Vosviewer software to analyze the research status and research hotspots of wearable devices applied to atrial fibrillation,indicating that the application of wearable devices has become a major trend and plays the whole role of the intervention process in preventing,developing,and rehabilitating.Further exploration is needed to promote the prevention and management of patients with atrial fibrillation and improve their living standards.
