微更新视角下老旧小区停车设施改造策略研究——以合肥市珠光南苑(东区)为例

摘要 近年来随着私家车保有量的爆发式增长,早期城市更新行动给城市形态带来不可逆转的损害,由此引发的“停车难”问题日益突出。针对老旧小区的停车设施问题,引入“微更新”理念,提出老旧小区停车设施改造的技术框架与策略。并以合肥市珠光南苑(东区)老旧小区改造实例为落点,应用技术框架与改造优化策略,基于机动车和非机动车停车设施的现状调研分析,分别从道路交通组织、存量空间挖掘、林下空间拓展、增设非机动车停车设施、充电设施安装、公共环境空间提升、整合周边资源、形成长效机制等方面提出具体改造优化措施,达到小区停车设施供需平衡、提升小区公共空间品质的目的。 In recent years,with the explosive growth of private car ownership,the early urban renewal action has brought irreversible damage to the urban form,and the problem of parking has become increasingly prominent.In view of the problem of parking facilities in old residential areas,this paper introduces the concept of"micro-renewal"and puts forward the technical framework and strategy for the transformation of parking facilities in old residential areas.Taking the old residential area of Zhuguang Nanyuan(East District)of Hefei City as the starting point,technical framework and transformation optimization strategy are applied.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current status of motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle parking facilities,specific transformation and optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of road traffic organization,stock space mining,forest space expansion,additional non-motor vehicle parking facilities,charging facilities installation,public environmental space improvement,integration of surrounding resources,and formation of long-term mechanisms in order to achieve the balance of supply and demand of parking facilities in the community and improve the quality of public space in the community.
