象草茎秆自然青贮技术初探

摘要 为探究象草茎秆自然青贮过程中干物质含量、pH值和微生物数量的动态变化规律,将去叶的象草茎秆晾晒处理1d后自然青贮,并在青贮后12h和青贮后第1、3、5、7、15、30d开袋取样,分别测定不同时间节点的微生物数量(包括乳酸菌、好氧细菌、酵母菌和霉菌),干物质含量以及pH值。结果得出:随着青贮时间的推移,象草茎秆青贮料的pH值呈下降趋势,乳酸菌数量逐渐上升,而好氧细菌数量逐渐下降,干物质含量总体在20%以上。本研究表明象草茎秆自然青贮的最佳开袋时间应在30d以上。
