基于FLUS乌鲁木齐城镇-农业-生态空间特征分析及发展对策

摘要 做好城镇-农业-生态3类空间规划,是未来城市规划以及可持续发展的重要保障,为此做好空间特征分析对城市建设具有重要的指导意义。本研究结合2005、2008、2012、2016和2018年5期遥感影像数据提取土地利用数据,运用GIS技术研究乌鲁木齐市3类空间变化的规律,通过数据发现2005—2018年乌鲁木齐农业空间和生态空间面积减少,城镇空间面积增加;结合自然因子、社会经济因子和可达性因子,运用GeoSOS-FLUS模型,设定城镇空间发展、农业空间发展和生态空间发展情景进行分析,结果发现3类空间面积变化较为显著,同时城镇空间的发展与生态空间面积存在一定负向关系,因此在未来城镇建设时,要重视农业-生态空间保护工作,坚守城镇开发边界控制线,协调好发展与环境的关系。 Effective planning of urban,agricultural,and ecological spaces is crucial for future urban planning and sustainable development.Therefore,conducting spatial characteristic analysis holds significant guiding value for urban construction.This study extracted land use data from remote sensing images from five periods(2005,2008,2012,2016,and 2018)and utilized GIS technology to investigate the spatial changes in Urumqi.The data revealed that from 2005 to 2018,the areas of agricultural and ecological spaces in Urumqi decreased,while urban space increased.By integrating natural,socio-economic,and accessibility factors,the GeoSOS-FLUS model was employed to analyze scenarios of urban,agricultural,and ecological space development.The results indicated significant changes in the areas of the three type spaces,with a notable negative relationship between urban space development and ecological space area.Therefore,in future urban construction,it is imperative to prioritize the protection of agricultural and ecological spaces,adhere to urban development boundary controls,and balance development with environmental considerations.
