援藏工作是全国各族人民履行共同使命的集中体现

1994年,中央第三次西藏工作座谈会作出“对口援藏、分片负责、定期轮换”的重大决策。2024年是对口支援西藏30周年。30年来,各对口支援单位和广大援藏干部认真贯彻落实中央的决策部署,始终坚持干部援藏、经济援藏、人才援藏、技术援藏、“组团式”援藏相结合的工作方式,不断加大援藏力度、丰富援藏内涵、调整援藏重点,全方位、宽领域、多层次开展援藏工作,对口援藏工作为西藏经济社会发展注入一股股活力,极大地促进了西藏长治久安和高质量发展。广大援藏干部继承和发扬老西藏精神,扎根雪域高原,用青春和热血书写着中华民族一家亲、同心共筑中国梦的新时代新篇章,和西藏各族人民一道创造了一个又一个奇迹。以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视西藏工作、深切关怀西藏各族人民。习近平总书记亲临西藏视察指导,两次主持召开中央西藏工作座谈会,多次对西藏工作作出重要指示批示,确立了新时代党的治藏方略,将稳定、发展、生态、强边“四件大事”作为西藏工作的战略任务,为建设社会主义现代化新西藏指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。值此对口援藏工作30周年之际,《西藏研究》汉文版特约请中国藏学研究中心副总干事廉湘民和中国社会科学院历史理论研究所研究员徐志民撰写论文,以宣传弘扬伟大的援藏精神。

In 1994,the Third Central Work Forum on Tibet made the significant decision of pairwise aid to Tibet.The year 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of this initiative.Over the past 30 years,the individuals who have involved in this initiative have diligently implemented the central government’s policies,and injected vitality into Tibet’s economic and social development,greatly promoting its long-term stability and high-quality development.General Secretary Xi Jinping has personally visited Tibet for inspection and guidance,chaired two Central Work Forums on Tibet,and issued numerous important instructions and directives concerning Tibet’s work.He has established the Party’s strategy for governing Tibet in the new era,designating stability,development,ecology,and strengthening borders as the strategic tasks of Tibet’s work.This has pointed out the direction and provided fundamental guidelines for building a new,modern socialist Tibet.This journal has specially invited Lian Xiangmin,Deputy Director of the China Tibetology Research Center,and Xu Zhimin,a researcher at the Institute of Historical Theory of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,to contribute an article to celebrate this historical event.
