飞行器减速板装配容差分析及调控

摘要 针对某飞行器减速板结构件装配易出现零件干涉、间隙超差等问题,通过飞行器减速板结构分析明晰其多支路串并联耦合偏差传递路径,提出面向装配薄弱环节的装配精度分析目标,构建基于VisMockup的飞行器减速板装配容差仿真分析模型,揭示初始设计公差对装配精度分析目标的影响权重,最后,按权重对关键公差因素进行针对性的公差优化,对比优化前后装配成功率,验证优化分配策略有效性。结果表明:减速板B的特征公差对两分析目标影响都较大,优化后的分析目标超差率分别下降了36.25%和42.5%,提升了飞行器减速板装配成功率,为复杂装配体零件公差设计提供了理论依据和参考。 In order to solve the problems such as component interference and excessive gap difference in the assembly of an aircraft deceleration plate component,this paper makes clear the deviation transfer path of multi-branch series and parallel coupling by analyzing the structure of the aircraft deceleration plate,proposes the assembly accuracy analysis target for assembly weak links and builds a simulation analysis model for the assembly tolerance of the aircraft deceleration plate based on VisMockup.The influences of the initial design tolerances on the assembly accuracy analysis targets are revealed.Finally,the key tolerance factors are optimized according to the influence weight.Comparing the success rate of assembly before and after optimization,the effectiveness of the optimal allocation strategy is verified.The results show that the characteristic tolerance of reducer B has a significant influence on the two analysis targets.The optimized error rates of the analysis targets are reduced by 36.25%and 42.5%.The assembly qualification rate of the aircraft deceleration plate is increased,which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the tolerance design of complex assembly parts.
