摘要
基于哮喘患者用药过程中手口协同难度高、药物吸入难的问题,设计了一款新型手口分离给药装置。首先,提出了储能负压工作原理,设计了基于凸轮-杠杆-曲柄连杆机构联动的储能机构和负压触发机构,并计算了这两个机构的运动自由度;其次,将给药装置分为凸轮结构、杠杆结构、弹簧储能连杆结构、负压触发结构以及药剂快装结构,并对其进行了详细的结构设计;之后,对储能弹簧和阀芯进行了静力学分析,获得与凸轮端接触的杠杆长度为23.5 mm,凸轮旋转扭矩为0.34 N·m,阀芯半径为7 mm;最后,进行了整个机械装置的设计,通过模糊评价法测试了该结构的操作便捷性,图像法对比法测试了给药装置的给药准确性,从实验效果来看,该装置的操作便捷性表现优秀,给药准确性达到了99.05%,能够满足患者需求。
Based on the difficulty of hand-mouth coordination and drug inhalation in the process of medication for asthma patients,a novel hand-mouth separation inhaler is designed.Firstly,the working principle of energy storage and negative pressure is proposed.The energy storage mechanism and negative pressure mechanism based on cam-lever-crank linkage mechanism are designed,and the degrees of freedom of these two mechanisms are calculated.Secondly,the hand-mouth separation inhaler is divided into the cam structure,the lever structure,the spring energy storage connecting rod structure,the negative pressure triggering structure and the drug loading structure.And the detailed structural design is carried out.Thirdly,the static force analysis of the energy storage spring and the valve core are computed,and it is obtained that the length of the lever arm in contact with the cam end is 23.5 mm,the rotating torque of the cam is 0.34 N.M and the radius of the valve core is 7 mm.Finally,the entire mechanical structure is designed,the operation convenience of the structure is tested by fuzzy evaluation method,and the accuracy of the inhaler is tested by image comparison method.The results show that the operation convenience of the device is excellent and the accuracy of the drug ejection reaches 99.05%,which could meet the needs of patients.
