以案例教学法为基础的思维导图在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨以案例教学法为基础的思维导图教学在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年11月至2022年11月大连市第三人民医院超声科轮转的66名住院医师为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各33人。观察组采用以案例教学法为基础的思维导图教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组住院医师理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩、临床教学评价及教学满意度情况。结果 观察组理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。临床教学评价中观察组住院医师在提升学习信心及兴趣、提升查阅资料能力、提升临床思维能力、提升自主学习能力和提高临床问题解决能力方面的评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组临床教学满意度93.94%高于对照组75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以案例教学法为基础的思维导图教学在超声医学科住培中应用效果显著,有助于提高住院医师成绩与整体教学水平,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of case-based learning(CBL) cooperated with mind mapping teaching in clinical practice of standardized residency training of ultrasonic doctors.Methods Sixtysix resident physicians who participated in standardized residency training in Ultrasound Department of the Third People's Hospital of Dalian from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected,and were assigned into two groups using random number table methods,each with 33 cases.The observation group received CBL cooperated with mind mapping teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Then the theoretical assessment results,practical skills assessment results,clinical teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The Observation group reported higher theoretical assessment scores and practical skills assessment scores compared with the control group,with statistical differences(both P< 0.05).The ratings of items such as the confidence and interest in learning,the ability to access information,the clinical thinking,the independent learning and the clinical problem solving in clinical teaching evaluation of observation group were all higher than those of control group,with statistical differences(all P< 0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate was 93.94% in observation group,which was higher than 75.76% in control group,with statistical difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion Application of CBL cooperated with mind mapping teaching in clinical practice of standardized residency training of ultrasonic doctors can effectively improve the performance of resident physicians and the overall level of clinical teaching,which is worth promoting.
