思政教育高质量融入中医住院医师规范化培训的路径探索

Path exploration of high quality integration of ideological and political education with TCM residency training

将思政教育融入临床教学的建设和改革,为临床教学建设的主要方向。但思政教育融入临床教学过程中存在住院医师获得感不足等问题。本研究通过提出强化师生沟通、提升临床指导医师课程思政能力、建设课程思政资源的融入路径,以多层次多主体的师生评价作为保障促进机制,形成了一套完整的思政教育融入中医住培临床实践的实施方案。旨在解决目前住院医师培养面临临床能力与人文教育缺乏协同促进的问题,进而提升住院医师的获得感。该方案的构建和实施,提升了住院医师的职业素养与专业水平,加强了导师、临床带教医生的思想道德、业务水平,体现在基地在关键节点考核成绩以及社会认可度得到提升,为进一步科学管理、扩大辐射提供模板与实践经验。

In recent years,the state has paid more attention to ideological and political education.Integrating ideological and political education into the construction and reform of clinical practice teaching is the main direction of clinical practice teaching construction.However,there are some problems in the process of integrating,such as residents are lack of sense of acquisition.This article puts forward the integration path by strengthening teacher-student communication,improving clinical instructors' curriculum ideological and political ability,and building curriculum ideological and political resources.With the multi-level and multi-subject teacherstudent evaluation as the guarantee mechanism,a complete set of implementation plans for integrating ideological and political education into the clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine residency training has been established.The construction and implementation of this program has improved the professional quality and professional level of residents,strengthened the ideological,moral and professional levels of tutors and instructors,and improved the key assessment results and social recognition of the base,which can provide model practices and practical experience for further scientific management and expansion of influence.
