终身学习视域下职成院校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

摘要 职成院校“双师型”教师队伍是现代职业体系建设的第一资源,事关职业教育和成人教育高质量发展。随着经济社会的发展,“双师型”概念不断衍生新的内涵,职成院校“双师型”教师队伍建设可以在学校、教师和学生层面产生积极作用。目前,职成院校“双师型”教师队伍建设主要存在“双师型”教师定位尚不清晰、教师队伍结构不够合理、教师培养机制不健全、评价激励措施不到位等方面的问题,影响和制约了职成教育高质量发展。因此,应该高质量落实“双师型”教师队伍建设政策,建立职成院校“双师型”教师评价认定新机制,构建“点+链+面”三维立体式培训格局,适应职成融合需要,引导教师终身学习,以期为新时代职成院校“双师型”教师队伍建设工作提供参考。 The double-qualified teaching staff in vocational colleges is the primary resource in the construction of a modern vocational system.It is crucial to the high-quality development of vocational education.With economic and social development,new connotations continue to derive from the concept of double-qualified teachers.Doublequalified teaching staff construction in vocational colleges has a positive effect in schools,teachers,students and society,but problems still exist at present such as unclear positioning,unreasonable team structure,incomplete teacher training mechanism,and inadequate evaluation and incentive measures,and so on.These problems restrict the high-quality development of vocational education.Therefore,the policy of building a double-qualified teaching team should be implemented with high quality.We should improve the evaluation and certification system for double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges,construct a three-dimensional training pattern,encourage teachers to participate in lifelong learning to adapt to the needs of vocational integration.This paper is aimed at providing reference for double-qualified teaching staff construction in vocational colleges in the new era.
