新时代园区非公党建工作创新路径研究——以北京市通惠河畔文化创意产业园为例

The Research on the Innovative Path of Party Building of Non-Publicly in Parks in the New Era:Taking Beijing Tonghui Riverside Cultural and Creative Industry Park as an Example

非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,是发展新质生产力,实现高质量发展不可或缺的重要基础。加强非公党建工作不但是巩固党的执政基础的必然要求,也是促进非公有制企业健康发展的重要途径,为推动产业发展提供红色引擎。产业园区是非公企业的主要聚集区,是开展非公党建的主要场域,以园区为龙头,全面提升非公企业党建工作水平,已成为加强新时代非公党建工作的关键抓手。目前在产业园区开展非公党建面临着组织难覆盖、活动难开展、机制难畅通、效果难巩固的困境。因此,应积极探索创新,通过想方设法建组织、创新活动形式、构建上下联通的网络管理体系以及以服务引领企业发展等,与时俱进做好非公党建工作。

The non-public economy is an important part of the socialist market economy,and is an indispensable and important foundation for the development of new quality productive forces and the realization of high-quality development.Strengthening the non-public Party building is not only an inevitable requirement to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party,but also an important way to promote the healthy development of non-public enterprises,and provide a red engine to promote industrial development.Industrial Park is the main gathering area of non-public enterprises,is the main field to carry out non-public Party building,with the park as the leader,comprehensively improve the level of non-public enterprise party building work,has become the key to strengthen the new era of non-public Party building work.At present,carrying out non-public Party building in industrial parks faces the dilemma of difficult to cover organizations,carry out activities,smooth mechanisms and consolidate effects.Therefore,we should actively explore and innovate,and do a good job of non-public Party building by finding ways to build organizations,innovate the form of activities,build an up-and-down network management system,and lead the development of enterprises with services,etc.,so as to keep pace with the times.
