守正与创新:新文科背景下法学应用型人才培养模式构建研究

Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground:Research on the Construction of the Training Model for Applied Legal Talents Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设是在原有文科学科理论、学科体系基础上的创新,是文科高等教育基于自身发展和社会需求,回应新时代变迁的重大变革。在新文科建设进程中,重塑法学应用型人才培养模式的内涵,厘清新文科与法学应用型人才培养模式之间的逻辑关系,明确法学应用型人才定位,发掘传统法学应用型人才培养模式的优势,梳理传统人才培养模式的短板,将制定顶层设计方案、更新课程体系、优选适格教材、融入思政元素、拓宽育人渠道等措施作为探索法学应用型人才培养模式的创新路径,与新文科建设方向保持一致。

Construction of new liberal arts is called innovation based on the original disciplinary theories and disciplinary systems of liberal arts.It is a significant transformation of higher education of liberal arts in response to the changes in the new era based on its own development and social needs.In the process of constructing the new liberal arts,we need to reshape the connotation of the training model for applied legal talents,to clarify the logical relationship between the new liberal arts and the training model for applied legal talents,to specify the orientation of applied legal talents,to explore the advantages of the traditional training model for applied legal talents,and to tease the weak points of the traditional training model.We can find the innovative paths for exploring the training model of applied legal talents through such measures as formulating top-level design plans,updating curriculum systems,selecting qualified teaching materials,integrating ideological and political elements,and expanding educational channels so as to keep in line with the direction of new liberal arts construction.
