政治能力是马克思主义政党的元能力,具有根本性、统领性特征。政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力作为党的政治能力的具象化表达和实践样态,是党员领导干部应该具备的第一位的能力,直接反映党的政治能力建设的质量与水平。在由政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力构成的党员领导干部的政治能力体系中,政治判断力是首要前提,政治领悟力是关键环节,政治执行力是最终落脚点。新时代新征程党的历史使命决定了党必须牢牢抓住政治建设这一根本性建设,紧紧围绕政治能力这一关键性能力,以党员领导干部正确的政治判断力、透彻的政治领悟力、坚定的政治执行力,赢得强国建设、民族复兴的政治自觉和实践主动。
