壮医对帕金森病认识初探

壮医是壮族人民在历史长河中形成的独特而古老的医疗体系,在许多重大疾病的防治中都发挥重要作用,但对帕金森病的认识尚未得到系统的归纳总结。遵循壮医对疾病的命名原则,帕金森病在壮医中命名为“啶逢森(DingFengSen)”。基于壮医“三气同步”“三道两路”“毒虚致百病”等理论,帕金森病属壮医“火路病”范畴,帕金森病患者多由于年老体弱或先天不足,咪叠(肝)、咪腰(肾)亏虚,长期受到湿毒浸淫,而内生风毒、痰饮、瘀血,闭阻龙路火路,以致三道不畅,三气失其同步而发病。在帕金森病治疗上,壮医主要遵循“解毒”“补虚”“通三道两路”的治则,以恢复人体三气同步的健康状态。

Zhuang medicine is a unique and ancient medical system formed by the Zhuang people in the long river of history,playing an important role in the prevention and treatment of many major diseases.However,its understanding of Parkinson's disease has not yet been systematically summarized and summarized.Following the naming principle of Zhuang medicine for diseases,Parkinson's disease can be named“DingFengSen”in Zhuang medicine.Based on the theories of“three Qi synchronization”“three channels and two pathways”and“toxin and deficiency leading to various diseases”in Zhuang medicine,Parkinson's disease belongs to the category of fire path disease in Zhuang medicine.Patients with Parkinson's disease are mostly due to weak physical condition in old age,or congenital deficiency,as well as the deficiency of midie(liver)and miyao(kidney),and long-term exposure to toxicity of dampness,resulting in endogenous toxicity of wind,phlegm and blood stasis,blocking the two pathways,resulting in the obstruction of the three channels and the insynchronization of the three Qi,leading to the onset of the disease.In the treatment of Parkinson's disease,Zhuang medicine mainly follows the principles of“detoxification”,“tonifying deficiency”,and“dredging the three channels and two pathways”to restore the synchronization of the body's three Qi.
