Cough Differentiation and Treatment:Unraveling the Essence

咳嗽是小儿常见的肺系病证。历代医家对咳嗽的病因病机及治疗论述诸多,然仍存有商榷之处,其理论依据仍需要完善。通过进一步梳理《黄帝内经》等中医典籍,发现“内寒感召外寒”为咳嗽病的病因病机,“见咳勿止咳,邪祛咳自息”以及培土生金法为治疗咳嗽的基本治法。

Cough is a common pulmonary disease in children.There are many physician's discussions on the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of cough in the past dynasties.The theoretical basis of cough needs to be improved.Through sorting out the Huangdi Neijing and other traditional Chinese medicine books,we found that etiology and pathogenesis of cough is that internal cold evil inspires external cold evil.we also found that basic methods to treat cough that the cough,don't stop coughing and methods of cultivating soil and generating gold.
