基于数据挖掘探讨治疗2型糖尿病藏药组方用药规律及药性研究

Study on Medication Rules and Properties of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions for Treating TypeⅡDiabetes Mellitus Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨藏医药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的用药规律及其特点,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:收集藏医药经典著作《四部医典》中治疗T2DM的处方,并采用IBM SPSS Statistics、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、Origin Pro 2021软件进行用药频次分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析与复杂网络分析,以探究藏医药治疗T2DM的组方内在规律。结果:共纳入166首方剂,涉及145味藏药,出现频次最高的单味药是余甘子、小檗皮、诃子、姜黄等,根据藏药“味性化味”理论研究发现药味以苦、甘、涩为主,三化味中苦化味最多,药性以热、寒、锐为主,十七效以轻、热、凉、钝为主。聚类分析显示5个组药群组,体现藏医药重视清热利尿、补虚降糖的治法。结论:藏医药治疗2型糖尿病具有一定可循规律,余甘子、小檗皮、诃子、姜黄为核心方,四味姜黄汤散为常用基本方。临床上藏医治疗T2DM的基本原则是选用味苦、微甘,性热质轻的益肾固精药、利尿药、补虚药、提升胃温药,可为今后藏医临床遣方用药提供重要的参考依据。

Objective:To explore the regularity and characteristics of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of T2DM in the The Four Tibetan Medical Tantras were collected,and the frequency analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and complex network analysis were carried out by using the software of IBM SPSS Statistics,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Origin Pro 2021,in order to explore the internal rules of the prescription of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of T2DM.Results:166 prescriptions were included,involving 145 Tibetan medicines,and The prescription drugs with the highest frequency are-Yu Ganzi,Xiao bopi,He zi,Jiang huang,etc.According to the study of the theory of“Ro Nus Zhur Jes”of Tibetan medicine,it was found that the flavor of medicine was bitter,sweet and astringent,the flavor of bitterness was the most in the three hua flavors,the drug properties were mainly hot,cold and sharp,and the 17 effects were mainly light,hot,cool and blunt.Cluster analysis showed 5 drug groups,which reflected that Tibetan medicine attaches importance to clearing heat and diuresis,benefiting kidney and strengthening essence.Conclusion:There are certain rules to follow in the treatment of type 2 diabetes by Tibetan medicine.The core prescription is Yu Ganzi,Xiao bopi,He zi,Jiang huang,and the basic prescription is Siwei turmeric Decoction.The basic principles of clinical treatment of T2DM in Tibetan medicine are the selection of with bitter taste,mild sweetness and light heat kidney-strengthening and essence strengthening drugs,diuretics,deficiency tonifying drugs and stomach temperature enhancing drugs.This study can provide important reference for future clinical prescription drug use in Tibetan medicine.
