基于形气神理论探讨慢性非特异性腰痛针刺诊疗思路

Exploration of Acupuncture Diagnosis and Treatment for Chronic Non Specific Low Back Pain Based on the Theory of Form,Qi and Spirit

形、气、神是构成人体生命活动的三大要素,作为中医重要的思想理论,至今仍指导着中医诊疗,有较高的临床应用价值。通过对临床针刺治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的分析,探讨基于形气神理论针刺治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的思路。调形,主要作用于皮肉筋骨,纠正异常生物力学改变;调气,通过疏通经络、促进气血运行以止痛;调神,通过对高级中枢脑的调节对机体进行调节;通过对形、气、神的共同调节,为慢性非特异性腰痛的治疗提供新的思路方法,值得推广研究。

The form,Qi,and spirit constitute the three major elements of human life activities.As an important ideological theory of traditional Chinese medicine,they still guide the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and have high clinical application value.By analyzing the clinical acupuncture treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain,this study explores the idea of acupuncture treatment based on the theory of form,Qi and spirit for chronic non-specific low back pain.Regulating form,by mainly acting on the skin,muscles,and bones,correcting abnormal biomechanical changes;Regulating Qi,by unblocking the meridians and promoting the circulation of Qi and blood to relieve pain;Regulating the spirit,regulating the body through the regulation of the advanced central brain;The joint regulation of form,Qi and spirit provides a new perspective for the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain,which is worthy of promotion and research.
