基于CiteSpace对天枢穴研究可视化分析

Visualization of Research on Tianshu (ST25):Based on CiteSpace

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析我国近20年对天枢穴的研究,探索其研究现状以及热点趋势,为后续研究提供借鉴与参考。方法:基于中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)数据库,检索2002-2022年关于天枢穴基础研究及临床研究的相关文献。运用CiteSpace 6.1 R6软件,绘制作者、机构、关键词等可视化图谱并进行分析。结果:纳入基础研究文献131篇以及临床研究文献471篇。基础研究及临床研究分别形成了8和12个关键词聚类。结论:天枢穴基础和临床研究领域均已进入平稳发展期并且形成一些稳定的大型研究团队;天枢穴的基础研究和临床研究的研究重点、热点方面并不对称,对天枢穴的研究领域还有空白需要更多研究者来填补。

Objective:To explore the research status and hot trends of the Tianshu(ST25) in China over the past 20 years by conducting a visualization analysis on knowledge graph based on the CiteSpace software.Methods:Using CNKI,WanFang and VIP as the data source,researched the basic research and clinical research literature retrieved from 2002 to 2022 and then analyzed by using CiteSpace 6.1 R6.And authors,institutions and keywords were drawn.Results:There were 131 basic research papers and 471 clinical research literature.Basic research and clinical research formed 8 and 12 keyword clusters.Conclusion:The basic and clinical research fields of Tianshu(ST25) have entered a period of stable development and have formed a stable large-scale research team.There are both overlaps and differences in the research focus and hot spots of basic research and clinical research of Tianshu(ST25),the current exploration of the mechanism of action of Tianshu(ST25) is not perfect,the number and quality of research to clarify clinical efficacy need to be improved,in general,there are still gaps in the basic and research fields of Tianshu(ST25) that need more researchers to fill.
