基于CiteSpace对中医药治疗肝硬化腹水知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Ascites Knowledge Graph Based on CiteSpace

目的:对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中中医药治疗肝硬化腹水相关文献绘制知识图谱并分析其热点及趋势,为肝硬化腹水治疗及研究提供参考。方法:检索1990年1月1日-2022年12月31日中国知网(CNKI)数据库中中医药治疗肝硬化腹水相关文献,并运用CiteSpace V.6.1.R6(64-bit)软件对文献中的关键词、作者、机构等进行知识图谱可视化分析。结果:通过筛选,最终纳入符合标准文献977篇。涉及作者766位,其中,刘成海发文最高7篇,无>10篇的发文作者;形成以陈京芬、王传波、谢体学为主,及以姚立红、谢冬梅、陈志文为主的两大合作群体,发文机构以广西中医药大学(20篇)、广西中医药大学第一附属医院(17篇)、广州中医药大学第一附属医院(10篇)为主;形成以广西中医药大学和广州中医药大学为主的合作群;关键词分析形成12个聚类标签,高频关键词包括:肝硬化、腹水、臌胀、综述、中医治疗等。结论:中医药治疗肝硬化腹水研究发展趋势呈缓慢上升趋势,但研究机构之间合作交流欠紧密,研究热点有临床观察、名医经验、穴位贴敷、中药敷脐等,推测肝功能、鼓胀、五苓散、生活质量、数据挖掘可能是未来的研究趋势。

Objective:To map the knowledge and analyze the hotspots and trends in the literature related to Chinese medicine for the treatment of cirrhotic ascites in the China Knowledge Network(CNKI) database,to provide new ideas for the treatment and research of cirrhotic ascites in the future.Methods:The literature related to Chinese medicine for the treatment of cirrhosis ascites from 01/01/1990 to 12/31/2022 was retrieved from the China Knowledge Network(CNKI) database,and the keywords,authors,and institutions in the literature were visualized and analyzed by knowledge graph using CiteSpace V.6.1.R6(64-bit) software.Results:766 authors were involved,among which Liu Chenghai issued the highest number of 7 articles and there were no authors with>10 articles;Two major cooperative groups were formed,one by Chen Jingfen,Wang Chuanbo,and Xie Tixue and the other by Yao Lihong,Xie Dongmei and Chen Zhiwen.The issuing institutions were Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine(20 articles),the First Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(17 articles),and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(10 articles).A cooperative group dominated by Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was formed;keyword analysis formed 12 clustering tags,and high-frequency keywords included:cirrhosis,ascites,tympanites,review,TCM treatment,etc.Conclusion:The research trend of TCM treatment of cirrhosis ascites is slowly rising,but the cooperation and communication among research institutions are not close,and the hot spots of research are clinical observation,experience of famous doctors,acupoint application,Umbilical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.It is speculated that liver function,tympanites,Wuling powder,quality of life,and data mining may be the future research trends.
