小儿鼻鼽辨治思路探析:从心肺有病而鼻不利

Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children Based on the Theory of “Heart and Lung were Diseased,the Nose will be Affected”

小儿鼻鼽是儿科常见的呼吸系统疾病,现代医学认为与变态反应有关,以对症治疗、健康宣教等为主,但病情易反复。中医治疗这类功能性病变有一定的特色和优势,多从肺脾肾三脏治疗,很少考虑到从心肺同调。以《黄帝内经》之“心肺有病,而鼻为之不利”作为切入点,以后天之本脾胃为基,从心、肺两脏与鼻鼽的生理病理联系、病因病机、治则治法等角度探讨从心肺论治小儿鼻鼽,并附临床医案一则,以期为该病辨治提供新思路。

Allergic rhinitis in children is a common respiratory disease in pediatrics.Modern medicine considers it to be related to the allergy reaction.Symptomatic treatment and health education are the main methods to treat the disease,but it is easy to repeat.The TCM has many characteristics and advantages to treat this type of functional lesions.It is treated mainly from the lung,spleen and kidney,but little from the heart and lung.Based on the theory of “If the heart and lung were diseased,the nose will be affected” from Huangdi Neijing,emphasizing the foundation of acquired constitution(the spleen and stomach),treating allergic rhinitis in children from the heart and lung theory was demonstrated from the physiological and pathological connection between the heart,lung and nose,etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment.And a case is attached,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of the disease.
