根据上肢神经卡压综合征以麻木为主要临床表现、以劳倦耗气为主要病因的特点,袁梦石教授提出了以“扶正祛邪”为主要治则的辨病为主、辨证为辅治疗体系,认为治疗上应重视益气养血、鼓舞正气、调理肝脾肾,并根据病邪性质用祛风、除湿、散寒、化瘀等方法祛邪,辅以引经药。总结袁梦石教授治疗上肢神经卡压综合征的临床经验。

To summarize Professor Yuan Mengshi's clinical experience in treating peripheral nerve entrapments syndromes of the upper limb.According to numbness is the main clinical manifestation and overexertion leading to Qi consumption is the main cause of these disease,Professor Yuan proposes treating these syndromes should first identify disease and then identify pattern,under the guidance of reinforcing healthy and eliminating pathogen.In the treatment,attention should be paid to tonifying Qi and blood,invigorating healthy Qi and harmonizing the liver,spleen and kidney.In the meanwhile,supplemented by meridian entry medicine,the pathogen should be eliminated by dispelling wind,dispelling wind,eliminating dampness,dissipating cold,resolving stasis,etc.
