摘要
目的:研究灰绿黄堇Corydalis adunca Maxim.生物碱类的化学成分。方法:利用正相硅胶柱层析、反相制备色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化灰绿黄堇75%乙醇提取物中的化学成分,并通过质谱数据(MS)、核磁共振数据(^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR)确定其结构。结果:从灰绿黄堇75%乙醇提取浸膏中分离得到9个生物碱单体,分别原阿片碱(Ⅰ),Rupestrine C(Ⅱ)、二氢血根碱(Ⅲ)、四氢黄连碱(Ⅳ)、Norjuziphine(Ⅴ)、8-酮基黄连碱(Ⅵ)、氧化血根碱(Ⅶ)、Rupestrine A(Ⅷ)、(+)-8-oxostylopine(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ为首次从灰绿黄堇中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids from Corydalis adunca Maxim.Methods:The chemical constituents of 75%ethanol extract of Corydalis adunca Maxim.were isolated and purified by normal silica gel column chromatography,reverse phase preparation chromatography,and recrystallization,and their structures were determined by MS and nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR).Results:Nine alkaloid monomers were isolated from 75%ethanol extract of Corydalis vulgaris,including protopine(Ⅰ),Rupestrine C(Ⅱ),dihydrosanguinarine(Ⅲ),tetrahydropyridinine(Ⅳ),Norjuziphine(Ⅴ),8-ketoylcoptinine(Ⅵ),oxysanguinarine(Ⅶ),Rupestrine A(Ⅷ),(+)-8-oxostylopine(Ⅸ).Conclusion:CompoundsⅡ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、andⅨwere isolated from the title plant for the first time.
