Professor Fang Yigong's Clinical Experience in Acupuncture Treatmentof Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome

房繄恭教授以补肾、调冲任、健脾利湿为治疗原则,采用调经促孕十三针,配以水道、阴陵泉等穴治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS),标本兼顾,防治结合,通过规律针刺调经促孕十三针,配以水道、阴陵泉等穴至B超监测到胎心、胎芽为止,经治疗后患者水肿减轻,腹围减少并成功受孕。房教授治疗OHSS疗效显著,值得推广。总结房繄恭教授针刺治疗OHSS经验。

To summarize Professor Fang Yigong's experience in acupuncture treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)for clinical reference.Regularly needling“Tiaojing Cuyun Shisanzhen”to regulate menstruation and promote pregnancy,combined with acupoints such as Shuidao(ST28)and Yinlingquan(SP9),until the fetal heart and embryo buds are monitored by ultrasound.After treatment,the edema was reduced,abdominal circumference was reduced and pregnancy was successful.Professor Fang Yigong follows the treatment principles of tonifying the kidney,regulating Chongren,and strengthening the spleen and promoting dampness.He uses“Tiaojing Cuyun Shisanzhen”to regulate menstruation and promote pregnancy,combined with acupoints such as Shuidao(ST28)and Yinlingquan(SP9),to treat OHSS.The treatment combines both specimens and prevention,and has a significant therapeutic effect,which is worth promoting.
