藏药八味当庚散文献考证

摘要 藏药八味当庚散出自《居米旁医著集》,是以当庚、藏红花、马钱子、多刺绿绒蒿等八味药材组成,通过查阅藏医药古籍文献、本草著作,以及“味性化味”理论方法对藏药八味当庚散的历史渊源、组方药材、主治病症等进行梳理分析发现,该方不仅对“血隆上燥”之病有独特疗效,还可消除现代常见的血脂异常、血凝滞留,以及“培根”本身的“润”“重”“粘”和“赤巴”的“热”“锐”“润”等,在体内超量而体内的五源紊乱诱发的疾病,并对高原性红细胞增多症、心血管疾病等有着很好的疗效,为藏药八味当庚散深入研究和临床应用提供参考。 The Tibetan medicine Bawei Dangeng Powder comes from the Collection of Medical Works of Jumi,and is composed of eight kinds of medicinal materials,such as Danggeng,saffron,nux vomica,tattoo and so on.Systematically combs and analyzes the historical origin,prescription,and main treatment of Tibetan medicine Bawei Dangeng Powder by consulting the ancient literature of Tibetan medicine,Chinese herbal works,and the theory of“taste”.It is found that this prescription not only has a unique curative effect on the disease of“blood dryness”,but also eliminates the common dyslipidemia in modern times.blood coagulation retention and“bacon”itself“moisten”“sticky”“viscous”and“Chiba”and other diseases caused by excessive and five-source disorders in the body,and has a good effect on high-altitude polycythemia,cardiovascular diseases,and so on.It provides a theoretical basis for further research and clinical application of Tibetan medicine Bawei Dangeng Powder.
