基于异病同治理论探讨“从肝肾论治”在年龄相关性黄斑变性与高度近视中的应用

Based on the Theory of Co-Treatment of Different Diseases,the Application of“Treating From Liver and Kidney”in Age-Related Macular Degeneration and High Myopia was Discussed

年龄相关性黄斑变性与高度近视是眼科常见疾病,二者的发病率在我国呈逐渐上升趋势。“异病同治”是中医辨证论治体系的重要内容,将辨病与辨证相结合,具有相同病机的疾病采取相同的治疗方法。中医学理论认为,肝藏血、肾藏精,肝肾精血同源,结合前期研究发现,年龄相关性黄斑变性的发生发展与肝肾密切相关,补益肝肾法治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性效果显著,而高度近视的疾病发生发展也与肝肾息息相关,因此以“异病同治”理论为基础,探讨“从肝肾论治”年龄相关性黄斑变性与高度近视,为疾病治疗提供更多参考。

Age-related macular degeneration and high myopia are common ophthalmic diseases,and the incidence of both is increasing gradually in China.“The same treatment of different diseases”is an important part of TCM syndrome differentiation system,combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,and adopting the same treatment method for diseases with the same pathogenesis.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the liver and kidney store blood,the kidney store essence,and liver and kidney essence blood have the same origin.Combined with the previous research of our research group,we found that the occurrence and development of age-related macular degeneration are closely related to liver and kidney,and the treatment of age-related macular degeneration by tonifying liver and kidney is significantly effective,and the occurrence and development of high myopia is also closely related to liver and kidney.Therefore,based on the theory of“treating different diseases together”,To explore the“treatment of age-related macular degeneration from liver and kidney”and to provide more references for treating the disease.
