摘要
文章以某绕城高速为例,通过现场检测评估沥青路面的PCI、RQI、RDI、PBI、SRI,确定该沥青路面主要病害为裂缝,并进一步分析确定裂缝原因,根据病害原因制订针对性的铣刨重铺养护方案进行处理。经现场质量检测,铣刨重铺后,接缝位置最大间隙为0.5~3.0 mm,路段平均IRI为0.8~2.0 m/km,路面平整度良好,满足道路运营要求。
Taking a ring expressway as an example,this paper evaluates the PCI,RQI,RDI,PBI and SRI of asphalt pavement through on-site detection,determines that the main disease of the asphalt pavement is crack,and further analyzes and determines the causes of the crack.Then,according to the causes of the disease,a targeted milling and resurfacing maintenance scheme is formulated for treatment.Finally,through on-site quality detection,after milling and resurfacing,the maximum gap at the joint position is 0.5-3.0 mm,the average IRI of the road section is 0.8-2.0 m/km,and the pavement flatness is good,meeting the requirements of road operation.
