广东省高职院校培育高素质农民的现状调研报告

Survey Report on the Current Situation of High-quality Farmer Cultivation in Higher Vocational College in Guangdong Province

乡村振兴战略需要培育一大批“有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理”的高素质农民。文章选取粤北、粤西和粤东地区典型城市的高素质农民现状进行调研,收集了1133份调研样本,从参加高素质农民培训者的基础信息,以及高职院校培育高素质农民的课程设置、绩效考评等方面,较全面地分析广东高职院校培育高素质农民工作中存在的问题,并针对性地提出解决方案,为高素质农民培育路径的提出奠定实践基础。

The rural revitalization strategy needs to cultivate a large number of high-quality farmers who are knowledgeable,skilled in technology and management.This paper selects typical cities in northern,western,and eastern Guangdong to conduct survey on the current situation of high-quality farmers,and collects 1133 survey samples.From the basic information of participants in high-quality farmer training,as well as the curriculum setting and performance evaluation of high-quality farmer cultivation in higher vocational colleges,it comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of high-quality farmers in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which lays a practical foundation for the cultivation of high-quality farmers.
