钢构件加工厂智能化管理系统平台研究

摘要 为提升工程项目构件的智慧化生产水平,文章调研了项目钢构件加工存在的问题,通过借助工业互联网、云服务等技术手段,构建了智慧化生产管理系统总体方案,搭建了客户订单管理、原材管理、生产管理、配送管理及质量管理等多个子系统模块平台,在多个项目中应用实践,取得了良好的效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 In order to improve the intelligent production level of engineering project components,this paper investigates the problems existing in the processing of project steel components.With the help of industrial Internet,cloud services and other technical means,the overall scheme of intelligent production management system is constructed,and multiple subsystem module platforms such as customer order management,raw material management,production management,distribution management and quality management are built.The application practice in many projects has achieved good results,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
