基于BIM技术的绿色建筑优化设计研究

摘要 绿色建筑是一种新的建筑设计理念,可基于BIM技术进行绿色建筑优化设计。为提高绿色建筑的设计质量,文章先总结了绿色建筑的设计原则和BIM技术的应用优势,随后依托某城市行政楼建筑,利用BIM技术构建了建筑三维模型,并利用性能分析软件对建筑物的外墙保和外窗、室内采光、给排水管线等进行优化设计,研究成果可为推动绿色建筑发展提供理论依据。 Green building is a new architectural design concept,whose design can be optimized based on BIM technology.In order to improve the design quality of green buildings,this paper first summarizes the design principles of green buildings and the application advantages of BIM technology.Then,based on a city's administrative building,a three-dimensional model of the building is constructed by using BIM technology,and the performance analysis software is used to optimize the design of the building's exterior wall protection and exterior windows,indoor lighting,water supply and drainage pipelines.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for promoting the development of green buildings.
